FAQs

What is the difference between booking a private transfer and a shared (shuttle) transfer in Bucharest?
If you book a private transfer you will be the only passenger(s) in the car and the transfer time will be shorter. If you book a shuttle transfer you will actually join more people to travel in the same minibus and the transfer time is usually longer.

How can I pay for the transfer?
You can pay by credit card on our website or cash directly to the driver in the day of the transfer. For cash payment please contact us on email or telephone.

How can I travel from Otopeni (OTP, Henry Coanda) Airport to Bucharest city?
The fastest and most convenient way is to book a private transfer (29 Euro per way for 1-3 persons, 39 Euro per way for 4-8 persons, 89 Euro per way for 9-14 persons). The transfer time is usually between 30 and 45 minutes.

If you are alone and you want to pay less, you can book a shuttle transfer for 15 Euro per person. Please note it will take a little longer (between 45 and 90 minutes) to get to your hotel and you will travel with other passengers.

Another possibility is to board the Public Express Line bus no. 783 which stops in front of the Arrivals hall (ground floor). The price for a return ticket is 7 RON (aprox. 2 Euro) and it departs every 15 minutes (30 minutes during the weekend) between 05:30 - 23:00. The bus will take you to the city center, but then you will have to find the hotel by yourself.
